  • Simultaneous phone usage – All broadband allows you to surf and talk at the same time. ADSL services run over your existing BT telephone line, so there is no need to pay for an extra line to be put in. (Note that normal telephone rental and call charges still apply though.)
  • IMPORTANT: we are not the cheapest on the NET, but we offer an installation service and our telephone technical support is ALL IN THE UK from our base at Chesterfield, or via the ISP 24/7 line at Telford. We do not use call centres in India !

Max allowance is for regular users that want the fastest possible downloads available to them (subject to line limits and clients equipment specs) - simply select required transfer allowance -v- contention ratio. Overuseage is charged as the difference between the amount paid and the amount used, on your next invoice.

PAYG is for Light internet users, that when they do use it, want the fastest speed available, (subject to line limits and clients equipment specs). Select preferred contention ratio. Includes upto 1Gb transfer / month if you go over you are charged at £1 / Gb
