Please be aware that your modem needs to be ADSL2 compatible - If it says it's good for upto 10Mb, then it will probably be OK.
You will need you MAC code to transfer (simply email your present provider and ask for, 'A MAC code, to transfer away' ) - This usually starts with BBIP XXXXXXXXX etc
Upon or prior to processing your order, we can do a full speed test direct to your line via a BT link, and give you the estimated fastest speed you should be able to get (it's always subject to line conditions). This service is now Rate-adaptive, which means you will always get the fastest speed your line can sustain!
